More time lost making a vall to PODS with 0 action or recognition. I must be charging them for my time spent trying to speak with somebody at PODS who can resolve this and reimburse my money now due to their carelessness and failure to supply agreed service on agreed date - cheapest moving pods.

Nobody reached out to notify us. This is for delivering a PODS Container within Hawaii from the island Oahu to Kauai island. When we scheduled (national number) we were informed two times all we need is a 24 hour directs to move our pod from the holding place. We picked pods due to the fact that we 'd remain in quarantine for 2 week and needed the time while we waited to hold our stuff prior to it got shipped.

Our month container rent was up on 10/25 and the soonest we could deliver out was 10/30 by the time I called them on 10/22 & 10/24. In my head I believed I needed to send it out a day before our month was up (once again since we were not given the full details to make an informed choice).
The pod was sent back and it reached Oahu by 11/12 (Keith at the Hawaii workplace told us that as an estimated return date). We feel fooled due to the fact that my hubby and I are very educated and intelligent individuals, and because this business failed to give us the complete information about our special situation (island hopping and having container back within a months time).
They would not even prorate us for a partial month due to their imperfection. Also the local workplace had no power or capability to help us with remedying our scenario and we were told to file a dispute. Frustratingly enough, we can not discover an e-mail or "submit a conflict" area on the pods website.
