More time lost making a vall to PODS with 0 action or recognition. I should be charging them for my time spent trying to speak to somebody at PODS who can fix this and reimburse my cash now due to their negligence and failure to provide predetermined service on agreed date - container moving companies.

When we reserved (nationwide number) we were told two times all we need is a 24 hr directs to move our pod from the holding location.
